In cooperation with a new partner, HT ImmoInvest GmbH, Convalor is purchasing portfolio properties in several cities in North Rhine-Westphalia. Thereby it is ensured that the objects aren’t older than 20 years. The project measures include the maintenance of the leased real estate (as far as necessary), the division into individual property as well as the gradually sale of these residential units to owner-occupiers or investors, all within a medium-term holding period of the acquired property. In the process the developers don't strive for handing over the apartments free from occupancy. This strategic partnership acknowledges that Convalor doesn’t want to operate only in the field of rest estate development.
