Erwin Walter Graebner, born in 1939, is one of the most distinctive entrepreneurial figures in Germany’s real estate industry. During his career he brought up important innovations both in the field of tax-privileged investments and private property ownership. One of them is the development of the so-called "Bauherrenmodell”.
Being responsible as a developer and financial adviser for approximately 25,000 housing units, 20 hotels and being a long term part owner of LTU Group, the third largest conglomerate in the German tourism industry, his experience and advice is requested by banks, co-developers and private universities.
Since 1990 Erwin Walter Graebner addressed himself to the restoration of listed buildings – a subject for which he received an appointment as a lecturer at the European Business School (EBS) International University Schloß Reichartshausen.
Jan Hendrik Froesch, born in Neuwied, is a lawyer and corporate counsel since 1999 and has gained experiences in the field of real estate law, construction and engineering law.
After several years of working as a counsel for a middle-sized engineering and real estate development company in Cologne and for an internationally active construction and services group, he joined CONVALOR Projektpartner GmbH in 2007 as a counsel with statutory authority and became member of the management in 2008.
Jan Hendrik Froesch is also member of the board of Amplio Hotel Investments A.S. and is working as a lawyer.
Dr. Oliver Bäumler, born in Munich, graduated as a Doctor of Engineering after completing his degree in civil engineering at RWTH Aachen and Imperial College in London.
Dr. Oliver Bäumler, having profound expert knowledge within the real estate industry, has managed different companies in the fields of project development, inventory management and construction as managing director or board member, most recently as board member of the project development company LANDMARKEN AG from Aachen.
At the beginning of 2020, Dr. Oliver Bäumler came into the management of CONVALOR, which he already knows from his work as chairman of the advisory board.
Mi-Ri Bak, born in Cologne, completed her studies as a business lawyer at FOM Cologne. She gathered her first professional experience in the legal department of a personnel service provider for students and graduates and was responsible for the quality assurance of administrative fine procedures for companies with disclosure requirements at the Federal Gazette.
She has been working at CONVALOR in the fields of project development and contract management since the beginning of 2015. In 2021 she joined the management as a general manager.
Ute Nickel, born in Gießen, completed her business management apprenticeship at the Municipality of Cologne. After years of experience as assistant in construction companies she joined the Convalor-Classik Group in 1994.
After years of experience as assistant in construction companies she joined CONVALOR Group in 1994 and assisted the former management as personal secretary. She is responsible for accounting and payment transactions.
After a business management training Katharina Mazat joined CONVALOR in 1980 taking care of accounting and the handling of financings of tax-privileged investments.
Over the following years she gained wide experience in all fields of the sales order process and construction management and finally assumed the coordination of all internal affairs. Since 2005 she is Mr. Graebner’s personal assistant.
Christiane Eßer, geb. in Köln, absolvierte eine kaufmännische

Tätigkeiten als Assistentin der Geschäftsführung und Sachbearbeiterin verfügt
sie über umfangreiche Erfahrungen und vielfältige Kenntnisse aus
Unternehmen der verschiedensten Branchen wie Handel, Versicherung und
Seit Herbst 2021 ist Frau Eßer bei CONVALOR verantwortlich für die WEG- und Mietverwaltung des Bestandsportfolios des Unternehmens und seiner Tochtergesellschaften.
