Business Center Rosenstrasse | Berlin

The Alexander Plaza Business Center is situated between Museumsinsel (Museum Island), Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt. Rotes Rathaus (the town hall of Berlin), the Federal Foreign Office, the government district, Gendarmenmarkt and several underground and S-Bahn stations are in just a few minutes walking distance. None the less thanks to its quiet neighbourhood Rosentrasse is a small oasis in the pulsating city centre of Germany’s old and new capital. The Alexander Plaza Berlin was opened in May 1998. The modern office building is aligned to a magnificent 100 year old building in which the 4-star hotel Alexander Plaza is located. Both form an appealing combination of working, meeting and living, which offers a variety of services to its guests. As an entrepreneur you’ll benefit from the synergetic effects that result from the hotel’s first class services and the variety of businesses within the Center. With our exclusive and elaborate spatial and technical infrastructure we offer the framework that meets the needs of your entrepreneurial activities. On five floors of the office building we provide up to 40 offices of varying sizes, a comfortable conference and seminar room with the latest technical equipment as well as ready-to-use-offices and meeting rooms for your visitors. The offices are equipped with the latest IT and telecommunication technology – the number of terminals, telephone connections and internet accesses being determined by you. Our representative and functional furnishings allow an individual arrangement of the offices according to your requirements.

GohlisPark | Leipzig

In one of the nicest parts of Leipzig in the North of the city and just a few minutes from the new Leipzig Fairground the housing and business park development GohlisPark was erected in 1997. With this project Convalor Immobilien GmbH & Co KG made accessible profitable sales areas and commercial premises as well as housing and a medical centre on a total area of about 8.000 square meters. After an extensive rebuild in 2012 newly opened retail stores now benefit from a supermarket run by the trade chain Edeka as well as from additional ground-level parking spaces. The borough of Gohlis, which was incorporated in 1890, is characterised by its spacious public parks and the art nouveau facades of its Wilhelminian style mansions. In 1930 the housing development Kroch was built in the Bauhaus style of the 1920s. Popular and contemporary projects thus have a long tradition in Gohlis. With its elaborate architecture GohlisPark adapts perfectly to Leipzig's historically grown cityscape and to Gohlis’ healthy mixture of young and elderly people, of trade, services and administration.
